I bought an electronic toy from their new merchandise section for my son's birthday for $25. Got it home, charged it up (it was a quad copter) and only 3 of the rotors worked (out of 4). Took it back to exchange for another one - they scolded us for bringing it back but reluctantly let us swap for another one. Opened it at home, and the balancing thing on top of the rotor was broken in half and part was missing. Took it back the next morning asking to exchange it again for a different one - they refused. We yelled at each other. They said my son must've played with it til it broke, and I was trying to get another one. They would rather make money off people than do the honorable thing.
