Mr Tim was the best!! An absolute joy to work with. He was so patient wandering around house after house with my grandma and I. He actually listened, even when we weren't really talking. And he figured out really quickly what we were both looking for!! When my land is ready I'll definitely be going back!!
The people are amazing. They have workers with us and made sure we got the home we wanted. They have treated us like family.

I have had my home, a double wide, for 3 weeks and they have yet to send out the people to finish putting my home together. The sales man called my insurance guy so they could pick up the insurance, only problem is it has to have the skirting on before my insurance will pick it up. Not to mention every sink and the water heater had all the water hook up's loose, so turning on the water was interesting to say the least. Also found out the moving crew broke the master shower drain. They avoid your calls when you try to get a hold of them. I was informed warranty work comes before my home being trimmed out, and the small crew they have is being over worked. This has been a horrid experience.
Bought a house from them in 2012. They lied about everything. We paid down $5k that we were told was non-refundable only to find out later (after we wanted to cancel the sale) that it was actually refundable. Our salesperson Kim started out nice enough, but we got the run around from day one. We bought/ordered the house in May--they didn't deliver until September! We didn't get the house set up until October because they wouldn't pay the guy doing the dirt work. He had to go pick up his check at some point--more than 2 hours from where he lived. The house was not built the way we requested, even after we signed paperwork TWICE telling them what custom things we wanted. This whole experience was a complete disaster. We almost had to get a lawyer involved to get things straightened out. When we got our keys, we were so upset with the whole mess that we couldn't even be happy about owning a brand new home. We love our house but I wish we had bought it from another dealer. These people are crooks. They will tell you anything to get you to buy from them. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!
