Of all the agents I've had over the years, Brooke is my favorite. She is always available and I never had to wonder what was going on. I happen to LOVE that she is willing to text me instead of calling. I work a job that won't allow me to be glued to my phone, and it's SO convenient to go on my break and see a text update from my realtor. I'm never left in the dark about anything! Love her to death, and when I sell this one, I'll call her again!
These are the worst people to work with. You can never get anyone one the phone yet they will text you when they need to. It's very unprofessional to text and from the time we even were trying to set up a time to view a house the agent would always text, never call. They are very rude. The next time I decide to look for a house to buy I will definitely stay away from them. That's just my personal opinion of this business.
