We have visited these apartments many times and have had encounters with both the office staff and maintenance, they have always been pleasant and helpful. So glad Clanton has a more upscale place that residents can call home.
Awesome staff and beautiful community!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
The maintenance and staff is not up to par at trilliam shortly after moving in we found out that was a mouse in our apartment. When i went to the office to notify the staff i was told that they was already aware of the issue. So months went by and nothing was done. Then one day the pest control guy came out and laid traps and poison and nothing happened. They never came to kill it or anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It seems like the only thing they care about is their money
