Their staff is always friendly and helpful when we bring our 10 member family there for birthdays. The food is also delicious! The decor is all hand made Mexican artwork. The booths are hand carved and painted with scenes of rural life. The grandkids especially liked it.
San Marcos is NOT GOOD! The cheese dip tasted HORRIBLE! The waitress was not friendly AT ALL. Alyssas b-day ice cream wasn't that good either.

I've been going here for years and still keep going back. I've wanted to try the other places in town for years but I still keep going back here when I get in the mood for Mexican food. I've even found a piece of plastic from a grill scrub in my food once and even had two epileptic seizures here due to no sunlight blockage on the non-smoking side of the restaurant and still keep going back. Try the Cheesecake Burrito for an interesting dessert. I usually get the Burrito Supreme w/ Beef or Chicken Quesadilla. The San Marcos Burrito is an interesting dish, as well.
First time here. Nice mild salsa served with warm chips. Chris had beef tacos served with rice and beans. I had steak fajitas. Service and food were just right. We each had a XX.
