Very slow service inside or in the drive thru. Waiting 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru and they messed up my order. You can eat at a good restaurant in the same amount of time.
The place was dirty, tables not wiped, bathrooms were disgusting. I had chicken tenders and they were very good. My husband, who loves Wendy's Burgers was very disappointed with his burger. He said the burger was dry and didn't have good flavor.
Regarding this past visit:The ice dispenser on the freestyle machine was spitting out ice all over the floor and in effect had caused it to be sticky all around the floor of the freestyle machine. Instead of mopping the area, the crew member that should have been doing it was talking to another crew member that was on break. I wouldn't recommend this place even though some of the food here is good including chili, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets (still not as good as the back in the day chick nuggets) and the chocolate Frosty. I also really enjoy the BBQ sauce at Wendy's.
Place is great. Great fresh food. Clean friendly staff.
This was a good visit. They had the Double Stack on the 4 for $4 now. Same dirty lobby unfortunately. The food was good as usual though. Upgrading my rating for this visit.

This place isn't even participating in the Double Stack on the 4 for 4 right now if that tells you anything about this place even though they are doing national advertising for it on TV and Facebook. I've had an employee be extremely rude to me once in the past here. I didn't come back for a long time and I came back to get this special and they weren't having it.
